Sustainable Science Writing Program

I want to let you know about an exciting opportunity sponsored by NBH Initiative…..

We are pleased to announce plans for creating a sustainable science writing program for the STEM disciplines at UVM.

The kick- off seminar will be Thursday, Nov 12 at 4:00 PM in the Livak Ballroom with a reception. 

There will be separate sets of workshops November –January  for STEM faculty and STEM trainees.  The faculty workshops are to teach faculty how to mentor students in writing as well as how to teach a science writing course.  The workshops for trainees teach them how to write about science effectively including scientific manuscripts and writing science for the public.
