Liliane
Savard PT, DPT and PhD candidate in CTS has been awarded the 2019 Jean
S. Garvin Research Fellowship to support her research study,
Effectiveness of combined teaching strategies on motor learning of children with autism: a pilot randomized control trial,
under the guidance of Dr. Nancy Gell. The Garvin Fellowship committee
members were unanimous in their agreement that the project
research will extend the legacy of Jean Garvin by contributing to the
education of Vermont youth with disabilities.
